When it first came out in ~2007, the commentary was very as matter of fact topics related to polls and he provided some meaningful context to the poll and what it could mean. It has since turned into a place where the multiple authors now make snarky comments intertwined with poll data. They definitely disregard some polls if they are known to have a strong bias, which is fair as long as it is equally applied. They did get the Trump v Clinton wrong, but who did if you were using polls as your guide?
