Believe it or not it's May already and Southern California is back to record breaking cold in an era of global warming, while PNW could get a few warm days, but not as hot as last week's heatwave. 

Looks to get rainy by the second half of the week though, making many people very happy. Can the watery blessings continue throughout the month?
