Not really... Though the arctic air hung up around the Puget Sound, much of W. Oregon saw accumulating snow the last week of the month, including significant snow in parts of the Willamette Valley. Medford saw accumulating snow on 5 consecutive days from the 25th-29th. It was light, adding up to 4.5", but still. What you are missing here is that the first 2/3rds of the month was very warm down here. It hit 65 at my location on 12/1/21.
