Not sure about you, but when I am in Greece during the summer months and hear the winds howling down the mountains at nite while I am sleeping feels amazing to me. Just luv hearing the strong wind gusts through my windows. It looks really bad out there. Poor people. Hurricane force winds near 100mph reported. Crazy! I saw videos that really were unbelievable. That is why I am extra vigilant at my pl in Greece when I go because its hot n dry there, so any little mistake and there goes the fire starting up.

My husband was an Emergency Management Commander for the City of Ft Worth and his crews had to do this on I35 to in order to reach Houston after the Hurricane they had there. They were shoving expensive cars and trucks into to bar ditches so the crews of Fort Worth, Dallas, San Antonio and Austin could get rescue and recovery into the City. Residents came out, waved them in and applauded. They were desperate for help. It was a remarkable effort on the State’s behalf. These folks do heroic work.
