Don’t like how it’s now projected to rebound pretty quickly afterwards

Just when you think you've got it locked in the PV throws one of these bad boys on the table...

October was a little wetter than average in these parts. November looks like it's going to be a little drier than average, which is what I was referring to. Overall a pretty average two month period, but definitely not "wet".

Hopefully this winter ends up being a classic. I think it very well could given what we’re seeing right now.
