Kind of sad @snow_wizard and @Meatyorologistweren’t here for this. I know both of them had to have gotten snow out of this…especially Jim. Figured something insane like this would’ve brought him back on.

It got to 70 today. Feels like late spring early summer out. Wind is howling.

Pretty sure it was strong enough to be considered a Nina. The 3 month average SST anomalies were definitely less than -0.5C for Nino 3.4. At the peak we were almost at -1.0C. The NOAA still didn't transition us to a neutral yet.

Looks like the low is just to the SW of Grand Rapids, It is now 42 here in MBY and its 61 in Holland and 66 in Kalamazoo and 70 in Ann Arbor. There is what looks like a line of thunderstorms moving in from the SW.

Light rain has started up here. Snow is on its last legs…onto spring! We were gifted a bird bath, suet cage and some hummingbird feeders today so we set those up this afternoon. Bought some rhododendrons as well since they had a good deal on them at Costco.
