Yeah, the only post-2024 difference thus far is that our winters have indeed taken a dump. Otherwise, business as usual with the rest of the year.

Nice afternoon after the burnoff. Not very warm but plenty of filtered sunshine. The summer brown out is just starting to commence now as we're already depleting a lot of the shallow subsurface moisture.

Already rented a thatcher... that was a couple week ago. Probably won't aerate but for sure will top dress.
