I did manage to finally locate some older weather data from Fort Vancouver from 1833-34 from an old journal.
Just barely avoided 90 there for the summer and then a frigid January in 1834 with the Columbia River frozen for three weeks and a monthly mean temperature of 27.8, with a monthly high of only 42. Thunder and snow on January 16.
Unfortunately no, I just have seen Jim reference the microfilm of it before. An interesting read on the early history of Seattle's weather observations though if you have time
