You need to move to Forks, WA!

Some elevated smoke here in Salem. Just a bit of haze, not bad yet. I'm trapped in this office for 3 1/2 more hours.

I've had kidney stones twice, was able to pass them NO PROBLEM. I hear they are also caused by STRESS. Lord knows I have a lot of that in my life.

15-25 mph for most of eastern WA is fairly typical and not extreme fire weather like the 35-45 mph gusts that were seen this past weekend.

Hard go stay hydrated here in the summer! Turns out I had 2 lodged stones, one leaving each kidney causing both to swell up. Just got out of surgery, had 2 stents put in. Will need a second procedure in a few weeks to remove them. I bet a certain North Bend resident has had a good number of these stones given his extreme aversion to water of any kind. Should ask him for at-home remedies next time instead of wasting $$$ and half my week at a hospital. Am still pissing blood like there’s no tomorrow.
