Tapps is nice but the traffic would suck. My dad has been a teacher in that school district for 40 years lol. I am guessing you are not worried about a commute then? Hard to beat Fox Island and Gig. People tend to love both areas. Goodluck dude

Do you have access to MSLP for all ensemble models? I am not always seeing it on the wind maps? And some wind maps also don't have the wind animation. (For instance EPS and AIFS ENS don't have MSLP and wind animation)
