      I'll Venmo you $0.25 if PDX sees a cooler + wetter than average month before the end of the year. I'll Venmo you $0.50 if PDX ever sees another summer month that is at least 1 degree below their 1991-2020 averages again. I'll Venmo you $0.75 if you admit that May is, in fact, a summer month in NW OR and SW WA now, and that we hit The Wall this year once again in late April and never looked back. And I'll graciously accept your offer of $1.00 on Venmo for me admitting that this summer to date for NW OR and SW WA ranks somewhere in the middle of our post-2012 years. Better than 2015, 2017, 2018, 2021, 2023, 2024, and 2025. Worse than 2013, 2014, 2016, 2019, 2020, and 2022.
