The other theory, which I don't really buy, but is possible is the gap is so high because Black men are not or have not yet turned out. This is actually true in Georgia, when you look at the county by county data, the gender gap is biggest in majority Black counties. My understanding is this is somewhat a common phenomenon in GA. I did not realize Black men voted at fairly low rates.
