Yeah, I don't love them trying to upsell internet connectivity. I use WeatherCat to upload my data to Wunderground which is still an extra fee, but significantly cheaper. Unfortunately it does require me to have my weather station console always connected to my computer which is a bit annoying, but I just have it running on a really old desktop in a corner of the room.
