I mean Tofino average 20" of rain during an average November and BC Prism estimates that the average November totals for the mountains near Tofino are in the 60-80" so it's not like it's that unusual. Looking at a couple personal weather stations nearby in Tofino and Ucluelet, it looks like they've seen 10-16" so far this month. Wet, but not crazy so far. I will admit that the 25" from this station from October is almost twice the normal amount.

That trough not ruining our ridge around hour 90 could lead to a good outcome. It is why we have been seeing that bomb cyclone.
