This will be interesting to see on the Snohomish River valley floor as we can see winds from the Skykomish valley make it all the way to Lowell in Everett.
ICON's always had a warmer reflection. Not to say it's wrong in this very shoulder season storm tho. I remember the GFS was stubbornly warm across SMI for the 11/26/18 strong storm and I hated to see that, so I wrote it off. Then I watched the bulk of my qpf run down the storm drains taking my 10-12" snowstorm with it, lol. RN->Snow and 4.5" was the total around Marshall with that one. Not a total bust, but rather pedestrian vs the bliz warning for places west including @Tom's IL area near ORD.
