Models have definitely trended towards a less progressive storm with a more moist backside, giving me accumulations. Most ensemble members have me getting *some* measurable snow now. Definitely would take it as I thought I'd be getting nothing but rain with this.
Kansas City November 2024 halfway climate report:
- November is currently running 5.5 degrees above normal and is currently the 24th warmest on record. There has not been a single day below normal this month.
- It's already the 20th wettest November on record for KC at 3.14" which is 2.08" above normal...normal for the entire month of November is 2.00".
- No snow has fallen at KC yet this month. The average first measurable snow occurs on 11/28. Only 16 of the 137 November's on record have finished without a trace of snow.
