Sounds like it shifted north. My conclusion, if the models are correct, the central Puget Sound region, including Seattle, will get little or any snow. But we will get extraordinary cold--particularly on Tuesday morning. Wasn't November 2010 that blast from the north with no real continental/outflow support? I think it was. I didn't get much if any snow, but it was 11 degrees.
