26! A new low for the season! Things just keep slowly getting better!

I am confused... so we have had some crazy mountain snow years recently and now we have a 1976-77, 2004-05, 2014-15 type dud while the east is being hammered and this something more than just natural oscillation of patterns? And next year we could be back to crazy mountain snow.
