Yeah, IIRC 2/1 and 2/2 in 2025 west of the sound did pretty decent for the most part but showers kind of had a tough time moving NE. Kind of seems like the set up could be similar to the early part of that event…just later in the season.

Yeah... that is what all the models show. The most solid band is the one that rotates through tomorrow afternoon. Then it becomes quite scattered for the Seattle area up to Bellingham. Radar will look good to the west and to the south but precip will weaken and break apart as it moves north and east. We saw this same set up last February too. Can clearly see that on total precip maps for the next 4 or 5 days. Its not really shadowing... its just related to unfavorable upper level dynamics in the NE quadrant of the ULL.

Looks very warm the next few days. Cooler and maybe another rain chance next weekend but nothing too exciting at this time.
