The East's summers have definitely still warmed, but the lack of true top tier summer torching there since the 2010-12 trifecta is in very evident contrast to our situation. It seems like it's very difficult for both coasts to simultaneously see exceptionally warm summers. Even the winter can do it more effectively if the Pac jet snorts some lines.
