The broken record of spring storms continue. I can’t even begin to count how many tornado watches and severe thunderstorm watches we have been in. In the last 90 days we are 200% of normal rainfall.
Like I said... Mid January was a fluke, and was immediately followed by record warmth. Late February onwards has been uncharacteristically troughy for a strong Niño, that's just a fact. But I very explicitly excluded Spring.
