With the snow conditions, anyone experienced with backcountry skiing can make it down easily in less than an hour and a half, it's downhill basically the entire way with maybe a mile of skinning, I assume when you went there was no snow, which makes for a much slower descent.
I got probably around around an hour and a half of sleep and a few more afterwards by napping, much more than I got with my newborns.
Started at around 1:30 and made it to the summit at 6ish, was not at the summit for sunrise, was about 1000 feet below near the hodge crest. About 7.5 miles up taking a more direct route up an off trail gully.
