Went kayaking again today out near vashon island and saw orcas again. I had only seen orcas twice in my life before this weekend. Got lucky enough to see them twice just this weekend.

Actually the clouds never cleared out there. Those low clouds were in basically same place 4 hours ago as well. But is going to come inland tonight all the way to the Cascades and then clear by early afternoon tomorrow.
This was around noon...
Projected high of 73F today but it only reached 67F. The temperature is cooling off, down to 63F with a cool breeze as unexpectedly some marine layer clouds are engulfing Everett. Winds have picked up and people are packing up their belongings at the park.
To hear the media lately you would think the Earth is totally on fire. In reality the anoms look pretty balanced for the region shown here at least (this month to date). The hyperbole is getting ridiculous these days.
