Seems pretty likely that PDX is going to have its wettest November on record, and potentially by a substantial margin, no? Already at 7.22" for the month, with all this yet to come. The record is 11.57", right?

This would be my first big AR storm since moving here to Eugene full-time. I'm lucky to be up on a hill with no flooding concerns. I thought for sure the models would turn dry after I cleaned out all my rain gutters today in anticipation, but the 00z GFS is the wettest yet.

Somehow on this basically clear evening in most places its been raining at SEA for quite a long time from a stationary cell right over the airport.
