It has been a beautiful day. I drove out by Welches and Mt. Hood was stunning with at least snow on the upper parts. I just had a rose bloom in my front yard. Generally flowers are about 2-3 weeks behind Portland here. That is a first for me. This has been a very unusual winter for sure.
