NFL always has had a weird feel to it when it comes to the playoffs whereas a team can win three games with two bye weeks built in on route to a championship. This is why winning the SC will always be on a completely different level from winning a SB. Hockey is pretty comparable when it comes to physicality and the war of attrition, and you have to win 16 games, possibly playing as many as 28 (though that’s never been done) in order to win it.

If the Patriots win, they will have won 4 playoff games.. For hearing so much about a soft schedule, that deserves it imo. Last 2 years 4 win teams won it. I would probably pick the Seahawks though. Ravens were beating the Pats 24-13 in the 4th quarter Week 16 when Lamar got injured.
