Looks like things will get sunnier around Opening Day next week. The only bad weather day for my trip will be Tuesday it seems.

I don’t want it to be 105 every day, but I would happily sit by a pool with a cold drink in 105 heat right now, after four months of gray. I think it’s possible to appreciate the climate here and also enjoy a few days lounging in the sun every once in a while.

Eugene again the hot spot on the west side at 77. Not sure why Roseburg, Grants Pass, and Medford are all cooler, but that's been the pattern the past few days. 81 at Bend is pretty crooked. Monthly record of 83 is within reach.

It was good to go out and get some Vitamin D 6 years ago during COVID panic, but they wanted everyone locked inside. Good thing I had a dog to walk and a beautiful park with eucalyptus trees and creek walking distance from my house.
