Pn1ct0g3n
Fog has spared me so far. It’s cooler but still in the low 70s, and my sinuses appreciate the bump in the dews. With the sun angle you could also plunk this day into an average August and it wouldn’t feel out of place.
AquariusRadar
Forecast for opening day April 13...Dodger stadium ..the batter ready and pitcher winds up...it's an inside slider with about an inch up north but dry here at the stadium a swing and a miss. This may be the last chance this season.

It felt like Labor Day weekend weather, but with very dry dew points.

Pn1ct0g3n
Southerly slooze (a little slow to call it a surge—it just kind of slides and oozes—sloozes—up the coast) is starting to arrive in the SD area. Likely reaches us sometime in the afternoon or early evening.

AquariusRadar
The low pressure center is just now crossing over the central Oregon coastline; the associated trough pushes down towards Sacramento. Light showers along the north coast and in the Sierras. Hopefully the low center will sink due south and give the central coast a little rain. Reg
Interesting seeing NWS San Diego's "This Day In History" for today (April 11). I don't quite remember but I might have been the person who reported the thunderstorm over Murrieta to the NWS that day, as my station was the only one that I know of that recorded of 1" in Murrieta that day. I did some digging and I actually found my posts on this forum from that day as it was happening. 1

Pn1ct0g3n
South of PC we’ve got balmy enough SSTs to keep things pleasant despite the deep marine layer. More like mid-May than April. It’s kind of debating whether or not to move back in, hanging just in front of my house.

In that case maybe Westwood could use a few windmills. Also just noticed that Downtown L.A. broke a record high on the 8th, with a high of 95F. Not sure what the old record was, but the record highs for the preceding four days all still belong to 1989 - all of them in triple-digits.
