PSE still has about 200k without power. Most schools that closed yesterday and today are also calling to be closed tomorrow.

We went close to a week without power in December 1996, but pretty sure that was the result of the outflow winds and not the snow. Heating up a can of soup on top of the wood stove remains a core memory to this day.

Pretty clean transition at least on the GFS into some inversion sauciness next week. . Just as I expected. Weatherworks seemingly doesnt take the time to look up all available data. This is what Weathworks says was seasonal snowfall last season 34.6". Verses known coop observers and cocorahs that report 44.2". I will be calling to discuss these discrapancies with Weatherworks tomorrow
