St Paul Storm
Parts of MN along the SD border went from nothing at 12z to darn near 30". Lol
Steblow
Fat lady very warm here. Want to see gfs first as I never buy the nam until another model shows the same.  NAM is still catching up to other models in timing I think so w/e its showing is super duper who cares either way to me. Unless something crazy changes i don't see walking away tonight with something other than not too far off from 12z euro

james1976
Is that a 40" bullseye on the NAM? Lol. Thats right along I29. Ive traveled that before. Isnt much out there but man that would be horrendous to get caught up in that.
Steblow
I haven't been burned or helped by a NW trend in yrs so I'm very cautious to overreacting to the fear of one after models try and start their left turn signal.  SE trends have been the thorn in my arse for a while now. bud2380
Personally, I'd be cautious to put too much stock in any non-Euro solution. At the very least I'd put 75% weight towards the Euro

Tom
This one storm could bring many spots in MN that have had snow holes up to normal this season. Â I think St Paul was in one of them on the north side.
St Paul Storm
We've seen the models this winter show strong systems a week out only to be weaker when they roll in. But you have to start to wonder if they are really on to something with these totals. Models are jacking up the totals within 72 hours. gosaints
Tough forecastId love to buy a GGEM like solution but I think the Low will gain more latitude than that across iowa, but the occlusion process could mess things up there.
