Cant log in on pc

For some reason I can’t log in on pc but I’m still logged in on mobile. 
 

the reason is before you could sign in under  username and password now it’s email and password. Not sure who to go for to fix this.

Yea I did that tried to log in and could not. I requested my password 5 times and not one email
