Grizzcoat
Really odd that both Hrrr and Rap are initiating snow where it's nowhere near thus way over doing totals. I have seen both do it before, but never this bad. Minny_Weather
Is anything accumulating down around your place?Yeah we're getting slow accumulations. ToastedRavs
I am loving the nickel and dime that's been going for a week straight. Seven days of measuring snow in a row (9.9" and counting) and could make it EIGHT if it occurs after midnight. Saw from DSM NWS that their record is nine straight back in 1965. This is the second longest stretch ever. Nickel and dime may disappoint some, but not this guy!
Andrew NE
Yeah we're getting slow accumulations. A couple tenths of an inch last I checked.Nice! I was curious if all of that was reaching the ground around Lincoln. Just very very light snow in Omaha at my place.
Minny_Weather
Nice! I was curious if all of that was reaching the ground around Lincoln. Just very very light snow in Omaha at my place. The rate was actually better than radar made it look. Flakes are just small. Rate is ligther now. And flakes are pixie dust now. Minny_Weather
We MIGHT be able to squeeze an inch out of this because ratios are so high. Flakes are small, which is why radar looks bad, but the rate is moderate at times. Quote Formerly *ahem*: LNK_Weather, TOL_Weather, FAR_Weather, MSP_Weather, IMoveALot_Weather. Andrew NE
Yea it is all pixie dust up here. We may just be a bit to far north to get much more than a dusting at this point, like you said models never really had much here in prior days. Minny_Weather
Down to pixie dust so I just took my final measurement. 0.4". This has a legit shot at being our last measurable snow till at least late February. I adore the NW flow patterns!
