Ocean air has pushed well inland. Even Reg’s neck of the woods is staying in the mid 70s; immediate coast hovering in the low 60s.

It takes about a 242.50 azimuth angle for the sun to make it past the next door skyscraper, and that must occur before it sinks below the house across the street. From about the time of the Barrow/Utqiagvik polar night, the sun is blocked out all day long, but it's still better than 66 days without the sun rising.

Shallower marine layer often means poorer coastal clearing, as counterintuitive as it seems. Inversion must be stronger than yesterday.
