You are correct. I remember thinking that if we did not get that 2006 blizzard that year, it would have been a snowless winter..accept for a couple of light events LOL. The one thing I miss about Nor'Easters is the intensity of the snowfall. I've experienced 4"+ snowfall rates, which was insane..Just crazy amounts of snowfall in such short duration.

Yep, we had that set up on 12/2, but the high to the north just couldn’t hold on. We really should be able to get a clipper or two from this pattern, but they’re either way north or way south. Just no luck in storm track whatsoever. If we get lucky and the western ridge flexes more at the end of this week, maybe we can pull off a 2-4” event from PHL to BOS, but I doubt it. Even if we did, the impending cutter around the 20th will wipe out the pack before Xmas anyway.
