Rurals seem to be coming out in droves today based on what I'm seeing on X, which obviously should be taken with a certain sized grain of salt. Long, long lines in many rural counties. Might mean something about the GOP early voting cannibalization theory, might not. TBD.

I've often thought about this. Our average might suck, but out climate has one of the best upper end potentials of anywhere in North America, aside from maybe Buffalo or somewhere with lots of elevation. Can't be too many other places on Earth that have a seasonal average snow total in the single digits of inches, but are capable of getting 10 feet in a good month, lol

Winter is a month and a half away too.
