Yeah it would be good for some foothill snows and chilly rain in the lowlands. The block needs to be more amplified and further into Alaska. It’s better than what we’ve been getting recently atleast.

That vortex trapped in Alaska is not a really a good precursor to Arctic air down here. Could work out I guess but would be unusual. It’ll change next run anyways. I think overall the model trends have been pretty good but we are still looking almost 2 weeks out. You are going to be crazy busy with work the next 10 days or so. Bank that overtime cash

Not amplified enough to deliver meaningful cold but in this climate we should learn to take what we can get. Especially in January. Every great month has to start somewhere.
