Winds are weaker over me

Just had a wind gust to 50 mph at my house in the Salem-Keizer area. Lights are flickering and power will be gone soon I'm thinking looking at that low winding up just off the Oregon coastline and pulling North overnight. Heading out to secure my garbage cans now so I don't find them somewhere out in the street tomorrow!
