For here yes it was. If I wasn't watching weather forecast I would of never noticed anything different from a typical rainy couple days.

Not sure I've ever seen High Wind Warnings and Watches cover such a large area from one storm. They literally stretch from the Washington coast to Iowa.

I feel like elevation is especially important in the Seattle area. My parents’ house is at about 250’ in north Seattle, and there were lots of times (especially during convergence zones) when it was snowing there but only sticking to the grass - I could walk a few blocks up the hill and it would be sticking to the side streets, but down the hill and it wasn’t sticking to the grass at all.
