Of course there's a kernel of truth to that, but that's how dangerous ideas are promoted.

And the schools are now teaching that slavery started in 1619 when the Europeans brought over the first African slaves and before that all the native Americans lived peacefully. So he blames capitalism for causing slavery and war. Contrary to his narrative, the Native American tribes were constantly at war with each other before white settlers ruined their lives. Some of them did assimilate, however, and enjoyed the benefits of Western civilization.

There's even a Democrat who said capitalism is slavery. However, slavery and oppression existed all throughout history, long before Adam Smith was born. Jews discriminated against Gentiles and Samaritans and that's where we get the parable of the Good Samaritan from. Egyptians also enslaved and oppressed the Jews which is where Passover comes from.

The Affordable Care Act (aka Obamacare), was a slow step towards equity (equality of outcome). It actually increased the price of health insurance for most people and also caused people to lose doctors. The ones who actually benefited from it were only a small part of the population who didn't have health care. 

Obama also said "young leaders to help us think and act anew" about "creating an economic system that supports and sustains our democratic values." Hmm? What could that economic system be?

The schools no longer teach young people reading, writing and arithmetic. Instead they teach LGBTQ, DEI and that America is a horrible country. They're also getting rid of GATE programs, honors classes and failing grades. That's another step towards equity. We now have the most illiterate and number stumped generation in American history They're slowly making our students stupid because what do they want? They want everyone to be dependent on government welfare programs.

Obama is not going to flat out say he's a socialist. That would make it obvious what he wants to do. That's why it requires the "long march thorough the institutions" to slowly convert our teachers and children from capitalists to socialists as "useful idiots". They knew America would never fall for Marx's original ideas, so they decided to group people into "oppressors" and "oppressed" based on things like race, gender and sexual orientation instead of economic class.

Also when the professors say they hate meritocracy they mean that they think it's unfair and undemocratic that some people are born with privileges, advantages or better brains in comparison to other people. They simply can't stand the fact that smart people with college degrees make more money than gardeners with leaf blowers.

However life is not fair and it never will be. In the real world there will always be oppression and inequality and injustice. It's always been a battle of "survival of the fittest", and the left thinks they can cancel out the effects of evolution and make a utopian society where everyone is equal and everyone gets along.

And, yes, things in America are looking worse than ever before as the Left’s ruthless “transformation” of society has only escalated.

The Constitution is blatantly ignored by those in power. The courts are openly ignoring the rule of law. Radicals are running state and local governments, propelled by massive election fraud which has become ingrained in the system. Left-wing violence is openly allowed, but the government suppresses legal pro-family protest. The FBI is brutally terrorizing and imprisoning conservatives for minor (or imaginary) infractions, while leftist criminals go free and unchecked. The government is spying on us all.

Street crime and massive shoplifting are at all-time highs as prosecutors refuse to prosecute criminals. Horrible pornography is being pushed on children in public schools and libraries, while parents who object are labeled “domestic terrorists.” Abortion is declared an “unalienable right” as pregnancy help centers are hounded out of existence. Millions of illegal aliens are brought into the country and supported by billions in tax dollars.

The massive government debt is drowning us, adding to spiraling inflation. State-sponsored censorship is rampant. The media aggressively gaslights everyone to smother the truth. People are being fired from their jobs for having the wrong political opinions. The homosexual and transgender movements are celebrated in federal agencies. Religious beliefs are suppressed and even punished in businesses, government, and public schools. And on and on.

Just watched Trump's NH speech from today. Makes sense why the media is losing their minds over it. Incredibly powerful and inspiring speech. He also calls out the media several times and in his closing lines says we will route them when he returns to power. Also calls the folks from 1/6 "hostages," I prefer political prisoners, but he's right.

Duh #1: White people as a whole are not oppressors.  Only idiots think that.

Duh #2: Certain white people created laws that have either directly or indirectly oppressed minorities (especially black people) throughout American history.  CRT is a deep dive into that history.  It does not say "white people are oppressors".  Only idiots disagree with this.

CRT could be applied to pretty much any country.  Ask a Central American if the darker skin ones are oppressed.  How about darker skinned Indians in India?  What about darker skinned Asians?  Mexicans with Spanish blood vs. Native blood?  Africa and skin shades there?

New Fox News poll out this morning showing Trump with a 4% lead over Biden. He has an astonishing 57% lead over the GOP field as his support continues to build. Almost have to wonder if Chris Christie will be the last challenger standing. DeSantis will be out after Iowa, if not before. Haley might try to hang on until SC, but I wouldn't be surprised if she bows out after New Hampshire to spare herself the embarrassment of being trounced in her home state. Ultimately, I would expect they both endorse Trump.
