I filled out my ballot today but I'll wait to drop it off til the last couple of days of the election, less time for it to "magically dissappear". Voted no on every measure and red the whole way, and I'm not happy about it. I don't want to be a "always vote blue/red down the ballot" type of person because that isn't a very reasonable way of voting, but the left are so far gone they are worse than any republican options, and a lot of the republicans I vote for I dont really love. Do better democrats, back in the JFK era you guys put up sane candidates, and to the 90s there were occasionally good Democrat candidates (usually not though), but the last couple decades yall have gone woke and lost the plot.

I do really enjoy the view and quiantness of this street. In clearer weather you can see down to downtown Victoria and the Olympic Mountains behind the oaks. Being in a Garry Oak grove also really brings out the seasons.

We are totally due for a 2005 type windstorm. It’s hard to imagine what would happen in if the Columbus Day storm hit again, is that a 1 in 100 years event or even more rare?
