Not minimizing it at all, it was a great BLAST up north, and the arctic air did not get south of the Puget Sound region, but to say the cold air barely made it south when Eugene, OR set their December 24-hour snowfall record, is inaccurate.
Here’s an interesting chart breaking down voting patterns among Latino voters by country/region of origin. The conservatism of Cuban voters really stands out here. No surprise that Miami-Dade county went red this election.
