Oof I’m just under 400 ft and it has been more rain than anything else

Looks like it is going south of Tillamook to me. It is making a rapid south turn now.

Intense band taking shape now over Snohomish county, hope ot expands to the south.

Just drove down my hill and the snow level is literally 350-400ft. All snow at my house, but two blocks down the road it's already changing over to rain. Then it's 100% all rain down at the valley floor in Canyon Park. Feeling very satisfied that i obsessed over finding a house with some elevation to it now.

Most of the models keep the precip south of OLM from what I’ve seen. I definitely wouldn’t count on the band rotating In SW WA making up to king county or northwards at all.
