Nah... not a daily basis. There are many days when it's just as sunny out here. Not today of course and that is more common in the spring. Sometimes it's more sunny out here... particularly in summer when the marine layer doesn't make it out here and in offshore events in the winter.
Lived here for almost a quarter of century. Longer than you have been alive.
I mean it wasn’t a serious or confrontational comment but you wouldn’t enjoy somewhere that maybe cleared out and wasn’t so gloomy? I work up in your area all the time and the difference in weather between here and the foothills is noticeable on a daily basis.
I lived there longer than you've been alive. And I've spent many, many hours studying PNW climo, like many on here.
June is not July or August, but it's more summer than spring. Just like September is more summer than fall.
Why does looking forward to some warmer weather have anything to do with where I live? I would say the same thing if I lived in Tacoma or Portland or Spokane. Anywhere in the PNW right now.
Side note... his area is way too cold in the summer for my liking.
