Climate Battle: Sacramento, CA vs Jefferson City, MO

Which Capital cities climate do you like better? Coincidently they are both are located at 38° 34′ latitude as well.

Easily Jefferson City, I'll definitely enjoy the 4 season climate there and wet summers. Sacramento is way too dry for most of the year.

Picked Jefferson City because Sacramento is too foggy in the winter and too smoggy in the summer. Although not as stagnant as Fresno, since Sacramento gets the delta breeze.

Easy choice.

Lowland California is generally uninhabitable, aside from the NW Coast.

Both suck for me.  Too hot of summers in both places.  Obviously if I had to choose I would go with Jefferson City.
