Given the threats against Jews in Southern California recently this isn’t surprising. Even CNNs Dana Bash remarked tonight about how there are eerie parallels with the 1930s and the targeting and scapegoating of Jews. My Jewish friends are absolutely terrified.

Really the only way to handle BLM or now Pro Hamas/Palestinian demonstrators is with skull crushing force. Even NYC mayor Eric Adams is speaking out about the thuggery and malevolent intent of these rioters. Many are speculating the pro Palestine groups may soon begin resorting to terror attacks. We recently had a pro Palestinian self immolate. Next time it very well may be a suicide bomb in a crowded public place with large numbers of children.

After fighting 2 World Wars over hate (among other uncivil behavior), you’d think we would all realize it is a non productive strategy. 
I did research on a book some 5+ years ago and learned that approx. 71 million people died in the war…just the 2nd World War. Not the build up to it.  
I cannot wrap my mind around that.  7 million (10% of the total) were Jews that perished in WW2 and that’s beyond me as well.  
Astounding and mind numbing numbers. 
Try imaging that many people.  .

71 million...wow, that's the equivalent of wiping out Texas and California (and that's still a couple million short.)  Trying to put that number in perspective, and nope, that's still hard to wrap my head around....

Israel’s continued existence is not in immediate jeopardy; they have a nuclear arsenal and the strongest military in the region. Israel does sometimes suffer security crises (see Oct. 7th), but those, bad though they may be, fall short of threatening the continued existence of Israel and thus are not existential crises by any common definition of the word “existential.”
