Pn1ct0g3n
We’ve reached meteorological winter and the ocean would still rather give us fog than rain. Are we on the way to becoming another Chile or Namibia?

Pn1ct0g3n
Already up to 80 in Winnetka again. Again has that “offshore too weak to reach the beaches, shallow marine layer” setup that leads to absurd microclimate effects at an unlikely time of year.

Pn1ct0g3n
Marine push finally brought the valleys down 15 degrees or so. Didn’t quite reach Reg’s neck of the woods; they could still scrape 80. Immediate coast is still struggling to clear. I enjoyed a couple of hours of hazy sunshine but it’s already flowing back in… Thermal low in December. The 2020s really are remarkable. Pn1ct0g3n
Low to mid 60s and mostly sunny now. Feels great here in the fog-weary South Bay.
