Yeah, we're talking the possibility of nine or ten straight days with highs between 70 and 75F locally. That would be close to perfection. Time for active weather after that!

Sun, Sun, go away. Nothing, but dryness and sunshine with 70s for highs and 40s for lows. Its nice to have this weather, but its getting endless. Everyday, same old weather pattern. I am really looking forward to cloudish, cooler, if not, colder weather to arrive for a change. I had my AC on last night and also all of today. I could almost feel a humid airmass outside, as if it were late August.

The warmth gets interrupted on Tuesday with 50s for highs.

Very chilly air invading the northwoods this morning. In northern Ontario there is even readings in the 30s at this hour!

The cold front approaching us from the north should arrive by 6-7pm and turn winds down the lake.  It sure is going to feel nippy out there tonight and tomorrow.  Highs may not get out of the 50's around here.

Back door cold front just blew through Racine. Cloudy, low 60s and falling.

I bet its a shock to the system after enjoying mid summer temps in the low 80's!

 

Meantime, 12z Euro/GFS have the AO tanking really low to around -3 around the 6th.  The cold shot coming this weekend looks pretty potent.

I think we all have been enjoying the fabulous weather lately but I am ready for some exciting weather. Super bored!

Only 54 here and cloudy. It was supposed to be 70 and sunny.

Only 52° here with occasional drizzle and clouds. Was supposed to be near 60° and at least a little sun.

September was a very decent month weatherwise. A lot of nice looking days and very comfortable temps. My area now has some color in terms of foilage, but, I would not be surprise to be near peak in a week or 2.

55° for a high today. A far cry from 82° yesterday. 

 

Month is going to end up about -1.8° from normal with 3.65" of rain. Kinda wet.
