I’m a lot more optimistic for much of the CONUS. Seasonal/climate models will always project the canonical ENSO signal. Some years that is the safe bet to make. But this is one of the cases where a divergence from the canonical outcome is more likely (IMO).

Yeah it's a tough pill to swallow at $30/month this season but it's worth it for a few months a year, IMO.
