I don't really know what to tell ya other than you just got to keep grinding sometimes. I loved my previous job and was moving up the company, then the Pandemic hit, the economy tanked, and they had to lay off 80% of the work force (mainly just kept the upper management). I hated it. First time in my life since high school without a job. I kept applying and doing the best I could, interviews, etc, and no one was hiring during this period. Thankfully I did finally get something, a nice filler job which I loved for a national elections company which gathered election data and sells it to news agencies. It was some of the most fun and interesting stuff I've ever done. I quickly moved up to a management position until I found a more stable career path and now I'm doing that... Life has ups and downs. But it does always go back up. Just keep grinding, being a good person, and doing your damndest. Some things are just out of our hands.

The military industrial complex will be stronger than ever after trump is in office...just like 2016-2020. It's also ridiculous that you think trump is some peaceful man who doesn't like war. Last I checked, he left us in Afghanistan. Had 4 years to get us out, too. Fails upward as usual.
