I think this part of the winter could end being better for the mountains than the cold part. Assuming that really does come that is. This is still a shitball pattern in my book, but at least this is a silver lining.

Given how mild things have been we have been blessed with great mountain snow so far this winter. If we do have a favorable pattern later on we could be looking at a massive snow pack year.
